From there, we build a coaching partnership at whatever depth fits your season: Foundation, Integration, or Mastery.Each partnership combines 1:1 coaching with team professional development sessions, moving through all four leadership domains, Leadership & Decision-Making, Student Support & Culture, Curriculum & Instruction, and Operational Excellence, with increasing depth the longer we work together.Our goal isn't to hand you recommendations and leave. Many leaders start here and move into Foundation, Integration, or Mastery when the timing's right.

7. Do you work with schools outside of Southern California?

Yes. While CQES is based in Southern California, we coach leaders in a variety of locations through a hybrid delivery model.Regular coaching sessions happen virtually, so distance never limits how often we connect. For clients who want an in-person touchpoint, we build periodic on-site visits into the partnership. We also offer a full-day, in-person Leadership Team Professional Development Series. We're glad to travel to bring your whole leadership team together for a dedicated day of focused development.
